Transition
It gives us great pleasure to be able to share our ‘Transition Pack’ for pupils transferring from Year 6 to Year 7. The pack includes numerous useful resources which have been tailored in order to ensure a smooth transition for pupils from the primary to the secondary sector. The resources will enable pupils to hear from the teachers, have the pleasure of experiencing a virtual tour of the school, as well as learning from current secondary pupils who will be providing some top tips!!
There are a number of QR codes included in the pack, which will allow you to hear and see what awaits at Ysgol Caer Elen.
